The best time to visit Salt Lake City is in autumn as the summer crowds will be gone by then and the weather is still quite fair with day time averaging temperatures of about 18°C. Spring is a a lovely time to visit too, but it is also the rainiest season of the city and with melting snow on the grounds at the beginning of the season it might get a bit soggy.

There are some great attractions in and around Salt Lake City that are definitely worth a visit.
