Baggage allowance

Each flight ticket will have its own Free Baggage Allowance (FBA) policy, and this FBA entitlement will only be valid on that specific flight and may not necessarily apply to your connecting flights. PAL or other carriers may require you to pay excess baggage fees if your FBA entitlement is lower on your connecting flights.

Each passenger would be allowed to take 1 piece of hand luggage (7kg).

Infants may be allowed 1 fully collapsible stroller, infant carrying basket or an infant's car seat subject to availability of space.

Passengers are required to inform themselves on these policies and rules with regards to baggage allowance before they leave for the airport.

Check in

When using Web check-in passengers can check- into your flight online from 24 hours to 1 hour prior to your flight's departure.

Passengers are required to be at the airport no later than 45 minutes before your flights estimated time of departure. Boarding gates close 15 minutes before estimated time of departure.

Philippine Airlines will reserve the right to offload passengers if they do not arrive at the web check-in/ document verification counter or boarding gate on time.

Cabin classes

Philippine Airlines offers two-class services on all aircraft:

Mabuhay Class (Business Class)

This class is available on all aircraft's, these passengers will have access to:

Fiesta Class (Economy Class)
